Hello and thank you for visiting StyleWise Partners, I am Scot McCarthy. After a fulfilling 25+ year career in Fortune 500 companies ranging from the world's largest conglomerate to the financial services industry and non-profit healthcare, I founded StyleWise Partners, and have been working independently in the Organizational Performance / Talent Management arena since 2015. I have played a key role in the assessment and development of human capital for leading domestic and international companies in the sectors of retail, industrial manufacturing, healthcare, banking, and local, state and global non-profits.
Prior to establishing StyleWise Partners, I developed my broad-based skill set in talent management, human resources, organizational effectiveness, Six Sigma quality, change acceleration, financial analysis and project management. My passion and expertise is working with organizations to assess their current state and help them increase their efficiency and effectiveness within the three areas of Purpose, Process and People.

Terry O'Brien, Principal Consultant, SHRM-CP
Hello and thank you for visiting StyleWise Partners, I am Terry O’Brien. As a Principal Consultant at StyleWise Partners I bring more than 30 years of multi-industry, global business management and consulting experience with a particular emphasis on quality assurance, LEAN management, Six Sigma, and regulation and compliance.
During my career, I have held various roles with Fortune 500 organizations such as Chase Bank and General Electric Company and financial services organizations such as Colonial Penn and GE Financial Assurance. I also held the reigns as chief executive officer (CEO) of an entrepreneurial company, which I owned and operated with more than $100 million in assets. A number of these roles afforded me the opportunity to work with local, state and federal government entities, resulting in a plethora of real-world experiences I leverage in my quality and leadership sessions.
As a Certified Quality Master Black Belt and Six Sigma Certified Master Black Belt Trainer, my passion is to train and coach business leaders on how to optimize execution of customer-focused quality efforts to increase the overall effectiveness and efficiency of their businesses. My hands-on approach enables non-math-oriented participants to translate and then use the process and statistical rigor of quality processes for their professional and organizational success.
